Mukesh has successfully delivered more than 100 projects in different domains. He is an expert in aligning business needs and requirements, project planning and management, assuring quality in deliverables, and building strong and long-term customer relationships. He has a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with the phases of design, development, implementation, maintenance, support and integration of IT systems using the SDLC, ITIL best practices, Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) Project management methodologies.
Quality-conscious professional who effectively leads teams in identifying and implementing business changes/improvements with innovative IT solutions. An exceptional interpersonal communicator, who effectively interacts with all levels of management, vendors and has an innate knack of bringing all stakeholders together ultimately ensuring successful project delivery.
