Ilai Sarai is a Persianate luxury lifestyle brand founded by Saina Babaee, based in Dubai, and it serves a global audience. Blending centuries-old Persian and Turkic craftsmanship with contemporary design, Ilai Sarai offers curated homewares, fashion, and objects, including candles, candle stands, glass jars, plates, and bowls that celebrate heritage, elegance, and artisanal excellence.

We had the privilege of crafting the online presence for Ilai Sarai. Built on Shopify, the website seamlessly marries timeless Persian and Turkic craftsmanship with a modern digital shopping experience.

Our goal was to create an elegant, intuitive, and mobile-responsive ecommerce platform that reflects the brand’s essence, heritage, artistry, and sophistication. Every detail, from typography to colour palette, was carefully customized to honour Ilai Sarai’s aesthetic and storytelling approach.
